Re: picture???????? save the picture on your hardrive. Then click browse at the bottom click the picture you want. Then click submit post. Sorted!
If you mean on the left when you post... Find the pic you want... make sure is equal to or less than 139 x 139 pix (photoshop and other picture programs can do this) also make sure it is less than 20000kb... Then go to user cp, edit options, change avatar and browse for it on your pc and hey presto it should upload... if not make sure the pic is the right size and check everything again... oh I think it has to be either a .jpeg/.jpg image or a .gif...
Or just use the URL straight from from the web by right clicking on the pic and going into properties and copying the URL address. This is the one for the banner above http://www.promisealways.com/graphics/events/2004/130204/qualitybannerfeb2.gif Then to post use the IMG button or just type in [ img ]the URL address[ /img ] with no gaps. quote this post and you'll see.
