    E111 forms

    anyone filled in one of thse this year? whats the second form for titled "entitlement to benefits" do i need to fill this in as well? it looks like for if u are wantin to sign on in a different country!?

    i didnt fill one in this year dont see the point if you have decent insurance

    yeah but it only entitles you to basic local hospital care if you have good insurance then that should do the trick

    have u ever claimed insurance? my lass got robbed last year and got a police number etc (she only tried to claim about £100 back totally honest claim) and the comapny said there wasnt enuff evidence. fucking arseholes

    dont take insurance for the paper its on

    You do have to fill that other bit of white paper in too:)

    Only your name and sign it though i think, Just ask them at post office but defo take it with you:p

    We did b4 went to Dance Valley, and 1st think he asked us was whether we had the other froms too:p But we got told off for not reading the booklet properly and filling it in with Blue ink:rolleyes:

    our insurance for 2 weeks in ibiza was only 9 quid odd when i got it off the net :up:
