    Bosses

What is it with bosses wanting to give you time off?

I've boook the day off for creamfields next week and he's trying to get me to work at lunch time on the sunday.

Is he a fucking idiot or summint?

Anyone else have a **** as a boss?

    And good morning btw

Just goes to show that theres too many people in this world who have absolutely no people management skills whatsoever - If i was someones boss i would make my first priority to respect the fact my employee's have an existance OUTSIDE of the time they are working for me/the company.

How they handle themselves and perform inside of the time they spend working on the job is a whole different issue.

We need some kind of laws on people 'trying it on' with employees in terms of stopping their rights to a holiday, or time off etc etc - Anyone saying they dont offer holidays on a weekend should be locked up or fined.

My boss is ok. Shes not much older than me. We had a bit of a tiff not not ago, but she seems to be cool since then. Cant help thinking she's two faced tho  And she hates that Im skinnier than her

I dont let it bother me tho. :D

I respect my staff's work-life balance, they get time off 99.9% of the time when they request it. As well as getting late starts/early finishes. We also have flexi.
