big bag of bollx! my mate got a letter on fri...they've decided to change our holidays by 3 days meaning we don't travel or get back til 3 days after we were supposed to...means i'm going to have to take more days off work! :evil: :fart: :angry: also means we won't get there until the day of lauras mam's birthday which is why we're going in the 1st place.. I'd demand a bit of moolah back if i was you. Tel them its a serious inconvenience to everyone going and that you're gonna lose money from work etc etc. It's one thing delaying flights etc on the day.. u get pissed off. Pushing your holiday 3 days forward is unacceptable if you ask me. I wouldnt stop till I had at least a hundred quid knoecked off. Or maybe resquest a percentage of the cost of the holiday back. That way you're asking for less but getting more
thats what i'm doing, i now have the address to write my complaint to... i want compensation for moving the hol by 3 days, not being able to contact anyone on the no. in order to get it sorted before we ended up having to just agree to a 3 day change, the extra days hol i've had to take from work, poss missing the party in barbados for lauras mams birthday (thats why we're going) oh my letter will be long & wisely worded....if i don't like what they offer i'll send them another letter explaining why that isn't acceptable!
