 I had the run around off them this morning like useless fuckers. They were giving away free pay as you go sims on their website (cheers whoever posted it on here, spud963 i think  ) & i managed to snap 4 up.. it said on the site up to 28 days for delivery so i thought fair enough ill wait they're free.

This morning i thought i would ring them as its probably been that long now. I got their sales dept number off 118 rang them & they fucked me off "cause its not their dept" its customer services... So i rang customer service & asked if they could trace the order & got the reply "we have no way of tracing the order"

HOW CAN YOU NOT TRACE AN ORDER I HAVE MADE WITH YOUR BLOODY COMPANY!!!!???

She then proceeded to tell me that its not guaranteed ill get them anyway with a cocky tone in her voice  cause they were free... i eventually managed to get the number for o2 online who said i will get them but it could take up to 3 months

i used to work for o2 and i can understand why they wud have sed that

the only people that can really trace the order would be the hardware department becasue they are the only one who really have access to the correct sytems as far as i know.

best thing to do is ring 0161 705 5000 thats the callcentre i used to work for, you'll get straight thru probs too
then ask to be put through to hardware and speak to the bout it, u probs get thru to a mat eof mine called neil

    hope that helps pal :)

i did this abit ago with o2 sims and got 5 through, went down to a mraket and sold em for a 5er each :D
