    How is that like?

    Souey won the League cup with a small town team like, mad fooking mick has got a massive club like sunderland near the bottom of the fizzy drink league & plays Whitley every game.

    mccarthy aint doing to grand at sunderland (at the minute) but i wud say he is still a better manager.

    any1 else agree?

    he done wonders with republic for example........

    world cup 1/4 finals wasnt it?

    sorry but i disagree, MM done well with the Ireland team but at club management he has done nothing.

    Souness has had sucesss at every club he has been to and also has experience of gaining promotion from div 1 which MM has so far failed to do!

    While in charge of the Rep Ireland:

    Failed to get Ireland a place @ Euro 2000.
    Got them into the World Cup finals 2002 by beating Iran in the playoffs.
    His best player & captain fooked off from WC 2002 bcos he thought Mick was a nob.
    He quit Ireland job when he lost the 2 games in the qualifiers for 2004.
